This is ridiculous. The past six nights' sleep adds up like this:
3 hours
6 hours
4 hours
5 hours
7 hours
none.

total: 25.
divided by 6: 4 hours, 10 minutes per night.

And then there's the fact I am HALF AGAIN as heavy as I ought to be.

I am making changes. Beginning today. Be warned. This ends now.

Browsing random blogs, cause I'm weird and have no life- this particular post caught my eye. Heh, my sleeping pattern has been worse. With the exception of Saturday, I've been LUCKY to get 5 hours a night for the past 3 weeks. I got none last night, which is becoming typical.
...my weight gain also similar. It's probably directly linked to the insomnia/bad dreams. Perhaps things will even out for you in time.

Thanks. I think mine's age-related as much as anything else. I turned 50 this year, and traditionally getting in shape will be much harder now than it was ten or twenty years ago. The sleep issues may be menopausal. The tendency to sit in this chair all day long is one thing I can --and plan to-- change in my life. Wish me luck that that'll be enough!
