*to begin each morning with a feline stretch, and to get up before dawn. There's time for catnaps later if they're needed.
*to spend an hour each day of my own time reading for school. Not to catch up, but to stay ahead.
*to eat a salad every day, and more vegetables in general.
*to "deep breathe" or laugh or sing or stretch myself out of road rage.
*to every day do one thing --whether it's decluttering, repairing, cleaning, or something else-- that improves my quality of life.
*to take appreciation to a conscious level.
