Whee-kend

Came in and kicked back; everything that needed doing got done yesterday or can wait till tomorrow. The laundry is tomorrow. The groceries, and cooking the pot of chili I've been meaning to, was yesterday. Tonight I alternated between working on the rug and reading Fearless Fourteen. Evanovich is such a quick read I oughta be able to return the book to Tabby Monday. I'm actually impatient to get back to Annie Proulx's book Postcards, which I'm only a chapter or two into. Like the 2006 Block-of-the-Month quilt (which I "can't" start till a few other projects are done) Postcards will have to wait its turn.
