Not quite what I had in mind when learning this would be a Fair Isle, but there's nothing wrong with knitting a pattern that allows zoning out :) I don't have any Noro Kureyon; prefer to knit up some stash anyway... Didn't I just take a larger apartment b/c the old one filled up with yarn? Not really, but still... I am going to knit these sox using one ball of Plymouth Sockotta (45% cotton, 40% superwash wool, 15% nylon) and one ball of Paton's Kroy (75% superwash, 25% nylon), on what's probably #1 or 2 needles. Why can't I find a sock-needle gauge? Is there no such thing?
