I'm pretty sure I have a knitting-related injury.
Not too long ago I successfully sped up my knitting with a swiveling motion of my left hand that, each stitch, put the yarn over the right-hand needle.
A while later I noticed my left arm felt injured, that, for instance, if I was sitting in the chairtrap and reached out to open the sliding glass door for one of the animals I got an intense pain in my upper arm, around the top muscle (whatever that one's called).
I think these things are related.
This week, once the last-minute Christmas knitting rush was complete (and I won't be doing that again), I've done almost no knitting.
My arm feels better.
I think it's time to slow down, read more, get back into cross-stitching... reintroduce some variety.
