Many days and many dollars later everyone's tested. In the meanwhile we've given antibiotics and steroids, administered vitamins and flea repellent, treated earmites and paid for boarding. The total cost is somewhere between $1200 and $1800 (and I'm so glad this happened at a time I can afford it, since there are so many times I can't), and the tally is thus (or "this," if you prefer):
Winston: positive
Raleigh: positive
Sapphire: negative
Booger: negative
Roadie: negative
Cuz: negative
Shorty: negative
Klutz: negative
Nameless: negative
"Wow," is all I have to say. Well, it's not really all. If it were all there would be no more blog ("Oh, please!" you say?).
Raleigh and Winston, for the record, seem fine. They race around the backyard, chasing butterflies, chasing each other, doing backflips and seeming to have a good time. It's a good life here if you're a cat, th'Mr is fond of saying. Well, yeah.
